Sreyan Kanungo is the Head of Business Development at UTime. Originally, Sreyan is from Bangaladesh. Through his internationally recognized achievements in debate, he found himself in the United States to further his education and is now a senior at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY. In his junior year, Sreyan co-founded UTime after his own struggles with time management had caused him to fall into academic probation and threatened his position in college.
Head of Tech Development
Jack Maloney is the Head of Tech Development at UTime. Coming from Massachusetts, Jack brings more of a local perspective to the UTime team. Since starting college, Jack has gained development skills with Swift, Java, and Python. His desire to develop UTime originated through his own struggles with time management as he often felt overworked during his early college career . He has gained experience in the VC world through internship experiences with Massachusetts based funds. In his free-time, Jack enjoys going to the gym and making space in his schedule for activity focussed hobbies as he is a strong believer in a healthier body bringing a healthier mind.
Head of Marketing
Reece Wilson is the Head of Marketing at UTime. Originally from Scotland, Reece found himself on a scholarship to study in the United States after successfully gaining a spot on the Sutton Trust US Programme - US-UK Fulbright Commission. After coming to the US in 2020, Reece was introduced to the struggles of college life not only through the shifting of cultures, but also through his decision to major in architecture. In his free-time, Reece explores the non-profit sector and is in the process of developing a program for his home community which aims to provide formal mentorship to disadvantaged students and battle the generational poverty his community is currently experiencing.

Gina Perini has a diverse educational and professional background. After graduating from Northeastern University School of Law, Gina worked for GTC Law Group & Affiliates. In 2018, Gina returned to Education at the Harvard Business School where she earned her OPM. Ultimately, this lead Gina to Somos where she originally took up post as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, and later as CEO.

Charlie Hale co-founded Shred Labs over his love for staying active and making a healthy lifestyle more achievable for the every-day person. His professional experience spans the product and development sector including positions as Director of Product at Olumia and Senior Product Architect at Polixia. Well informed by his background, Charlie was able to successfully launch Shred Labs and grow the business which has been featured by goop, Business Insider, GQ, PCMAG, and Apple's Apps We Love Right Now.

Ed Bizari has extensive experience in the business world which stretches across both larger Fortune 500 companies to smaller startups businesses. Today, Ed is an educator and startup consultant through his position as Entrepreneur in Residence at Launch NY, an upstate New York startup fund. Additionally, his support of startups shifts to the educational space as he manages programs through the Centennial Center for Leadership at Hobart and William Smith Colleges which allow students to kick-off their startup journey. Most notably, Ed leads the Summer Sandbox program which is where UTime was born.
Backend Tech Developer & Advisor
Michael Simone is the Backend Tech Developer at UTime. His tech development experience stretches far and wide - he has worked in lead tech development positions at notable companies such as Kodak. Michael then founded Nivitus Health, Inc. an application which provides crucial patient information to first responders to ensure they can provide effective pre-hospital care. Michael joined the UTime team in June 2022 as our backend developer and advisor.
Lead Tech Developer
Talha Zadid is the Lead Tech Developer at UTime. Recently, Talha graduated from Dhaka University in Bangladesh where he majored in computer science with a focus on artificial intelligence. Talha joined the UTime team in November 2022 as our Lead Tech Developer.
